Expert Witness training and accreditation debate
Expert Witness training and accreditation are being debated in the media again, this time on Radio 4's Law in Action. Kate Hill was asked to appear on the programme, which aired at 4pm on 23rd October 2007, to talk about her view on the training of experts and whether they should be accredited. Kate contributed to the programme along with a number of people who work closely with InPractice, including Penny Cooper, Associate Dean of the City University and John Carvell, Orthopaedic Surgeon and Chair of the British Orthopaedic Associations Medico-Legal Sub-Committee.
