  1. Training: What Personal Data Do We Collect?

We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

We may collect information from you, such as, but not limited to:

  • Work experience
  • Feedback and testimonials of our courses

All of our employees and trainers are responsible for ensuring that they abide by GCS Training Ltd t/a InPractice Information Systems Acceptable Use Policy.

  • when special category personal data needs to be transmitted, internally or externally, they are transmitted securely; and
  • personal information is not disclosed either orally or in writing or accidentally or otherwise to any unauthorised third party. We regard unauthorised disclosure as a disciplinary matter and it may be considered gross misconduct in some cases.

Employees must keep personal information:

  • in a locked filing cabinet; or
  • in a locked drawer; or
  • if it is computerised, password protected; or
  • on electronic media which are themselves kept securely.

In order to provide certain services, we will be obliged to share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • CPD awarding-bodies
  • With your organisation (if you participate in an in-house training session), our trainers, IT providers and accounting services
